*Please note there are 2 time blocks for our Krav Kids Introductory class and this is dependent on age. Please sign up for the appropriate time block: Mondays @ 4:15: Ages 4-6 Mondays @ 4:45: Ages 7-12 This special introductory packages includes: • A 30-45 minute active introductory class (select your date/time at checkout!) • 1 Week class trial (2 classes) with our Krav Kids program • Boxing gloves • Krav Kids Tee This introductory program is designed to give kids age-appropriate instruction with Krav Maga self-defense and other martial arts and to help build the life skills that kids need to succeed and build their confidence. Our regular Kids Krav classes have two options that include our Lil' Dragons (age 4-6) and Kids Krav (age 7-12). About our Kids Krav Program:​ Unified Krav Maga prides itself in our Krav Kids programs which teach children the importance of fitness, self-defense, while also instilling the life skills and character of a true martial artist. Upholding important values like courtesy, patience, respect, self-control, and integrity are interwoven within every class. We will also help your child achieve self-discipline, high self-esteem, a positive outlook, a spirit of constant improvement, and an attitude that refuses to give up. These values and life skills will lead to remarkable improvements in academics, careers, and relationships, literally making a better community one "Krav Kid" at a time. Our Kids Krav program gives kids the tools to defend themselves in the real-world but also the life skills they need every day like discipline, focus, and respect. Our program includes physical training in Krav Maga, Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Wrestling.
