About the event
At Unified Krav Maga our mission is to make our communities safer by getting training in self-defense to as many people as possible. This self-defense workshop will teach you how to defend the most common attacks against women, such as:
- Striking for self-defense
- Defending chokes, grabs & holds
- Fighting from the ground
- and more!
