It's been a week. Not much pain which is good . A lot of bruising as you can see from the picture. Learning to properly walk.... never knew waking was so complicated. Between 500-700 steps walking several times a day. Learned to use a cane for waking today. Range of motion has improved each time the physical therapist has visited. Ice, elevate, exercises, walking, and resting are my days right now. Hope to drop by for a few minutes on Thursday.
