COVID-19 Reopening Plan
The State and County have agreed to ease restrictions to an Orange or Moderate-Risk level and are allowing certain businesses to open on a limited level and at UKM we have been busy planning a return to training in the gym. As we move forward know that we are taking many precautions to ensure the safety of our members and their families as well as society as a whole, and we plan to adjust our training methodology, class times, degree of contact, and more as needed to maintain everyone's safety. Please keep in mind this is a very fluid situation and things can change quickly, as we've seen, so we ask for your patience as we move forward.
We will be offering 6 in-person classes per week, 1 Krav Live virtual training class, and will continue with our 2 Krav Live webinars. In-person classes will be limited to 10 students per class. Students must register online for in-person classes at https://www.unifiedkravmaga.com/book-online.
All Krav Live classes will be held via Zoom and can be joined through the link in your Krav Online portal. No pre-registration is required for these classes.

COVID-19 Student Guidelines
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend we all take sensible steps to protect ourselves and others. This is essential to slow down the spread of any virus. When participating in our martial arts instruction you acknowledge you are responsible for safeguarding yourself and the others in the studio.
Students must advise the instructor if you have been traveling in the last two weeks.
Do not come to class if you or anyone in your family or household has been sick or has had any potential symptoms.
If you or anyone in your family or household has been in contact with anyone that has since been diagnosed with coronavirus, please do not come to class.
There will be no spectators, including children, allowed during class times.
All instructors and students must follow basic hygiene guidelines prior to coming to each class, including washing your hands, wearing clean clothes to train in, and using hand sanitizer prior to entering class.
All instructors and members must wear face masks when not training.
All instructors and members will maintain social distancing guidelines within the gym at all times.
All personal and UKM equipment used must be disinfected after each class.
As we are entering Spring, there will be plenty of coughing and sneezing. It is vital that we do not pass off coughing, sneezing, congestion as allergies. For the safety of everyone, proceed as if you have a virus.
We can not perfectly monitor social distancing during martial arts training. Student participation in class means you are accepting the risk of potential proximity to other students, staff, and parents in the studio.
