NEXT COURSE STARTS October 19th (a $449 value!) WHEN: • Semi-private Class on Wednesdays 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, and 11/9 • 2-Week Unlimited Group Classes (10/27-11/9) *Makeup classes may be scheduled for participants who miss one of the regularly scheduled semi-private sessions. Learn the basics of Krav Maga self-defense in this 4-week training semi-private training and 2-week group training program. This course is intended to be a kick-starter for those interested in learning Krav Maga self-defense and is open to all individuals 13+ regardless of experience or fitness level. This course begins with 4 weeks of semi-private instruction to expose you to a broad overview of Krav Maga training. You'll begin to learn the same striking, self-defense, weapons defenses, and tactics to protect yourself and your loved ones that we teach to the military, law enforcement, and undercover operators. After you complete the first 2 semi-private sessions you can jump into our regular group classes for 2 weeks (unlimited classes). The course has a strict size limit to ensure that attendees receive individualized instruction and attention. The course includes: • 4 classes of semi-private instruction • 2-Week unlimited trial of our regular group classes during weeks 3 and 4 • Training in self-defense, striking, ground fighting, and weapons defenses • Active classes to boost your fitness and strength • Supportive program to build your confidence and inner fighter • Boxing gloves • T-Shirt • No egos, just a fun, friendly training environment This course will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone as you build that inner fighter! This is a closed group course.
