Service Description

This class is open to Level 2+ students only. This class is an open hour for sparring practice with other Level 2+ members. Sparring gear is required including mouth guard, boxing gloves, shin pads, and head gear. Groin cups are encouraged. Indoor, non-marking shoes or bare feet only on the training floor. Class sizes are limited and students must reserve their spot before hand. You can cancel your registration through your member portal. Please TEXT or CALL 801-616-6805 with any questions or to be added to the class wait list. COVID-19 GYM RULES: Students are required to wear a face covering/mask at all times while in the facility. Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged to use throughout the class time. Members must disinfect all equipment used during class. If you have ANY symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not attend classes. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could mean a temporary shutdown of our gym and that’s a lose-lose for everyone.
